  The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because I had fine experiences with this clinic for the last 2 years, but that is no longer the case. I arrived promptly at 3:45 PM for my appointment and still had not been called back by 4:20 PM. I inquired with the receptionist and learned that Dr. Slattery was working without a technician and there was still another person ahead of me. I did not feel like waiting what would have probably been over another hour, so I rescheduled for 8:00 AM Monday- she said it was the first appointment of the day and I would get right in. WRONG. I arrived at 8:00 AM, still had not been called into the back by 8:30 AM. Again, inquired with the receptionist and was told Dr. Slattery was on the phone. She was the same receptionist I spoke to the Friday before and she was very apologetic. She went into the back again to talk to him and came back and told me it shouldn't be much longer. I waited another 5 minutes and left. This was a very frustrating experience as I left work early for my Friday appointment, and then had I not left when I did Monday, would have been late for work. I have scheduled an appointment with other clinic.
