  World's worst internet and cable company. There is no way they would be in business if left to the forces of the free market. Their only customers are people that live in communities under contract and are forced to buy from them or go without internet and cable. Customer service is a phrase I would guess you never hear in this company. It is the worst run service company I have ever come across.
