  I am a disabled veteran that was sent by the VA to Dr. Brian Gear. The VA considered him to be a trusted dentist. If you read this review, I advise you: Do not go to this dentist! Dr. Guear is a terrible businessman and provider. He offered excellence and I received a poor job. He ordered the wrong crown colors and the size of my teeth do not match. In addition, my front teeth look like chiclets side by side when I clearly stated to him I wanted rounded teeth. I did not agree to have the crowns cemented. On the contrary, as soon as I saw the crowns on my teeth sitting up for the first time I stated I was dissatisfied. I have tried talking to him and have asked him to advocate for me and fix the several issues from his sloppy work. He did not take the time to answer my call and he did not give me the courtesy to fix his mistakes. His staff is terrible. When I called his office, after waiting several days for his call, his office manager was rude and condescending. When I told her I was a dissatisfied customer and to please stop talking while I was trying to explain to her my situation she said "you do not run the show". I will be submitting a complaint to the American Dental Association and I will be hiring a lawyer. This dentist does not provide his patients what he agrees to do. And, frankly, he should be ashamed of himself for abusing the privilege that the VA has given him to care for disabled veterans that have sacrificed so much. From the picture, you can see the difference in size from the front teeth and the back teeth. The front teeth are the crowns. You may also see the difference in color. This is after using three full cycles of a bleaching gel. Finally, you may see the teeth next to the canine. They are flat and not rounded as I clearly requested on several occasions.
