  Customer service nightmares! Have had so many issues with customer service not sure where to begin. Have had them set appts and no shows. Had equipment failure, said I would get it next day, NOPE ended up having to wait 6 days for it to ship! Couldn't have dropped off from tech or local store? NOPE!
  Trying to upgrade internet speed, 1st lady I spoke with couldn't understand that I check online I was able to get fiber set up to house. She said there was nothing she could about internet pricing. After explaining I just wanted to upgrade to fiber pricing wasn't discussed, she still couldn't understand. So after going back and forth I was done talking to her. So I said I would call back to speak with someone else. SHE CALLED ME BACK! THEN STARTS CALLING ME SWEETHEART! So I asked to speak to her supervisor, and after waiting and waiting.... Finally he gets on and tells me I'm blowing this out of proportion and has a really horrible attitude towards me like I called to complain, and then saying he just wanted to know what I wanted to do with my service. After letting him know I didn't appreciate hit attitude, I just said it would be better if I spoke to someone else. I called a different number explained what I wanted (and yes a little about what had happened. Yes we were both laughing about it), guess what... we get disconnected! lol
  So I wait to see if he will call me back.. nope lol. I call again and talk to someone for about 45 mins setting up upgrade to internet speed. Tells me tech here next day and shouldn't need in house my modem was good with the upgrade. Well guess what no upgrade, no tech, no phone call so I call them to find out what happened. Guess the "ticket" was missing something and now rescheduled 5 days from today. This is just in the last couple months, I wont bring up previous, lets just say nothing changes.
