  These guys are some of the most rude and disrespectful people you will ever meet. They don't care about actually helping customers and are so disturbingly rude it's nauseating. Unfortunately there is no other alternative other than this office. Everyone should be fired and new employees should be brought in. Whoever is in charge of these guys needs a lesson in how to teach your employees in customer service. Smh. But you can't teach stupid I suppose.
