  A very natural area with no facilities and with street parking. Trails are a pleasant walk and are maintained well enough that you won't easily get lost. Trail condition will be based on how much rain has fallen, on my trip during the dry season, the park was bone dry, no standing water anywhere. Because of this, there were no birds to see but also no mosquitoes. A visit during the rainy times I would expect a lot more standing water and bugs.

  Walking? Bring boots and long pants; the ground is damp even on a warm sunny day and also uneven. Couldn’t go too far without encountering tall grass or marsh. But for all that, it’s a great place to get up close to nature.
