  Horrible place to go. First I called and spoke to the lady on the phone and told her I will be in after I get out of work. After that she called my phone every 15-20 min and then the text messages came. So annoying so when I came in and gave her my name she looked confused as to why I was there . She gave me a quote that I could’ve gotten on my own through progressive .. I told her I will shop around . Next day she called again and spoke to my husband and gave him a different price that we was comfortable with. We told her we will be on in 2 days and she said ok. We came in and we gave her our info and again she looked clueless. She gave us a whole different price from what was said on the phone . I asked her how did it jump 200 more after we gave her all the info days before . Again clueless. To top it off she started raising her voice which annoyed me more so I matched her voice. Very bad experience and I will not recommend anyone

  The customer care and follow-ups they provide are top rate and treat each person with utmost detail to make sure you get the best price as to what your looking for, and to top that off your monthly rate goes down as you pay to the lowest possible. For example I paid $155 with Direct Auto insurance and this month I paid $124 and next month will be $111, this has been THE cheapest insurance I've been able to find anywhere
