  I must say, leaving a bad review is the last thing I would ever want to do, when I saw my company wrote a bad review on your company I was upset and planned to tell them to remove it immediately and simply not use or recommend your company. Unfortunately I am on vacation with my family in Europe and there is a 6 hour time difference, before I could reach them to explain I wanted your negative review removed I read your response. I was completely shocked by the arrogance and flat out lies in your response. I spoke with your wife on the phone, she asked me to come in and meet with her husband, I Did this the very same day. I met with the owner and his wife, yes I did have a rough sketch for a simple project and needed a bumper welded on. Your exact words were, the bumper will take 5 to 7 days but the well puller would take over 3 weeks. I understand if your busy, I understand if you can't do it but I don't understand keeping us on the hook for several weeks only to tell us you can pick and choose your customers because your "a large company" I have no idea the size difference of your company compared to ours but I do know that we treat every single customer with respect and do our very best to respect their time. We are simply a family ran company that employs 47 full time employees, despite being a "smaller company" we have received over 1700 reviews with a 98.9% of these reviews being 4 to 5 stars compared to your 6 reviews with less than 60% of your customers being happy. One day we will be as big as your company and every customer will be appreciated and respected.

  Just wanted to thank Fusion Metal Company for the great jog they did in fabricating a one of kind metal bracket for our hose to hang on wall of our house. The fabricated bracket fitted perfectly & had an extra place to put our nozzle when not in use.
  If anyone having a need to have a specially designed metal item with quality workmanship in a most timely manner, this is the company for you!

  So grateful for Fusion Metalworks. I have an outdoor bistro set that had seen better days. It was a light blue color and has cutout floral pattern. Could not find another set to replace it that I liked as much. Fusion was able to blast it clean and powder coat it a Gorgeous Bright Blue. I get eso many compliments on how great the set looks. Fusion Metalworks was very reasonably priced and finished it in a timely manner. Highly recommend the Fusion Team to everyone.
