  Just moved to the area and couldn't get the fireplace going. I called up Grate Fireplace and got a wonderfully helpful receptionist who got me into the schedule. The technician who came out was so polite and through. Not only did he get my fireplace going but mentioned a couple really cool things I could do to update the look of my fireplace. I called and spoke with the sales manager who emailed me web links to review which totally embodied what I want to do with my fireplace. We have scheduled an appointment for me to come in review finishes and go over the options. I can't wait to see how my fireplace is going to turn out!

  Great selection of any kind of fireplace you could want. Indoor and outside fire areas available. Can customize to get what you are looking for. VERY friendly and helpful.
