  I went to the ER last weekend, was treated quite promptly and staff were very nice. I was admitted because further procedures were indicated that would not be done on the weekend. Ok I understand this, but Monday morning I was told I was given a shot I shouldn’t have been given and now procedure couldn’t be done until Tues. As it turns out , procedure not done and I was sent home to recover. I don’t feel the best communications were evident between doctors, departments and patients. I must say I had a very nice room on the 8th floor.

  My father who is a Vietnam vet and suffered from dementia had 8 heart failures this year and was on 14 medications including two types of insulin was handed over to a woman with no medical background or experience she changed all of his paperwork around so that no family member would ever see him again there was no way to get in touch with him the hospital refused to speak to me without an attorney. They do this to all veterans kick them out of the hospital right after surgery. Case management at HealthPark Hospital in particular Christine Massey the case manager is uncaring neglectful insensitive... and kicked my father with dementia out of the hospital and put him and his life in the hands of a scam artist, a person that had no medical background who took my father into her own personal house that had no medical facilities or medication my father had a massive heart attack and died because of this neglect and confusion. This woman tried to take $6,000 out of my father's bank account. Megzie Yvonne Russel Group. Please watch your elders as they go into this hospital that has no conscience of their wrong doings.
