  No elevator! There was a room available on the ground floor but the night clerk put us on the 2nd floor and said that they might have a bottle floor available for the next nite, I went to the lobby to get another night if they had one on the bottom floor, The day shift clerk said sure we have a brand new room ,He said I don't know why you was not put in this room last night,it was available! It would not have been a problem if I was healthy,But that is clearly not the case.
