    Do not buy flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I purchased and installed 800 sf of flooring in August 2014. After the installation, an air quality test revealed the air in my home now has unacceptable levels of formaldehyde. Lumber Liquidators discontinued the flooring because of "consumer concerns", but refused to pay for the replacement since the third-party lab they selected considers the flooring safe. I now have to pay for the Lumber Liquidators flooring to be removed, purchase new flooring, and pay for the new flooring to be installed. Read the CBS News story posted on Feb 10, 2016. Lumber Liquidators pleaded guilty in federal court and was fined for environmental crimes because of their flooring.
