  What a bad experience. Bought a fifth-wheel. 1. Had a washer dryer installed before taking full delivery and was charged 700.00 more for it than I could have gotten it at Camping World next door. Then the installer left the shipping bolts in it and during the first use the shaking damaged the plumbing and caused a leak (discovered later). We have since discovered more evidence of very shoddy work. 2. We were also promised a thorough orientation on the rig and how to hook and unhook. What we received was an orientation from a new employee who knew very little about our rig. The guys were supposed to be experts about how to unhook and hook spent five minutes with us. The installation of the w/d had taken so long, it was almost closing times and all they wanted was to send us on our way. Which they did, for good.
