  Great food but took 25 minutes for them to make my small hoagie. Absolutely ridiculous. third time coming, takes forever everytime

  A little better than average. I would actually like to give it 3.5 stars. Lots of selection, but some key, hallmark choices are missing. Service is slow, but not as painful as others have mentioned. Drink choices, particularly low- or no-calorie drinks, are lacking. The hoagies themselves are fine, I guess. Nothing out of this world. Bread is a little too tough and chewey for my liking. If you are in the area, give it a shot.
