  This review is mainly for the service center. They really take care of you here. I had a sound in my vehicle cabin. I recently bought an ES350 from a non-lexus dealer and was told it was just the tires. To get a second opinion, I brought it to this service center. They found that I had some car cavity covers missing that were contributing to the noise. They let me drive the car after replacing the parts before putting on tires to see if the new lower noise levels were acceptable to me first.
  
  Due to the level of service received, I felt like I bought the car there even though I didn't and will certainly bring my car here in the future as they know their cars.
  
  In the end, I did get the tires but I wasn't pressured to do so and was given the chance to make the decision on my own.
  
  I highly recommend the service center and my new service consultant Shannon Boots!
