  The office staff is welcoming, professional and efficient. What I really like is that Dr. McDowell listens to patients while asking questions that will enhance my dental care. I have already told friends about his office being in the “no pain “ zone, for which I am very grateful. He is gentle in the delivery of topical numbing gel followed by the shots to numb. He is careful to make sure I can’t feel anything before starting to work.
  
  His staff is just as attentive and help ease any anxiety I may feel. Great experience!!
