  It is quite a statement, “yoga saved my life,” and yet you hear it in every studio in the county. Being a ‘seasonal local’ my personal practice has allowed me to venture into many diverse studios throughout the years and states that we have traveled.
  There is none that compares to the Shiva Yoga Shala. This shala (home) is in its second month and already its healing presence in this community is palpable. Connecting yoga and dance communities and blending flow with other types of yoga, combined with Ageless Flow, a program for anyone that needs breath and movement in their life, allows anyone to practice, even if it is from a chair.
  Nick and Giana have created more than a studio but a space that will be connecting people to others and to themselves for years to come. Nick’s vast experiences and own personal journey combined with Giana’s energy and dedication along with their father/daughter energy is recognizable immediately.
  This space, with its simplicity allows each person to learn to support themselves on their mat and align with their life’s mission. Whether you are a local, a snowbird or someone who needs a life alignment, come and try out their introductory classes. You will be forever changed.
