  We spent over $50,000 (maybe more) with Sunnygrove for Landscaping and irrigation about 4 years ago. I called and left a message last week, telling them we were having a problem with our irrigation system and some of our landscaping was dying out and requested a call back. Four business days later and no return called, so I called back and asked if they could help me. The woman on the phone was very cold and act like she couldn't be bothered for repairs, only for expensive landscaping jobs. I totally understand if it's something they don't do, but word of mouth and repeat business goes a long way--and so do online reviews! The correct response would have been to be nice, thank me for my call and perhaps offer some alternative companies that I could call for repairs.
