  If i could give this company zero stars i would.But i can not so it is getting a single star.First order i placed was okay.I paid for usps priority mail but they sent it out ups.At the time i had no problems with ups.Kinda sketchy they could not contact me and let me know about this.Got the product fine.My most recent order i paid again for usps priority mail.This time i told them not to ship it out it out ups(since i been having trouble with ups recently).They had my contact info(phone number and obviously email) but did no contact it and shipped it out ups.Once i saw this i told them to recall the order,twice,They did not listen to me again.When i got the package i got a return code and sent it back.I told them i expect a full refund including the shipping cost.They told me i would get with a 15% restocking fee and not the shipping cost.I told them if this happens i would dispute the charges.They did issue me a full refund but left a nasty note with paypal that i sent the package back to the wrong adress and that i threatened them.I sent it back their warehouse and never threatened them.Very bad customer service and liar's.Do not deal with this company.

  Excellent customer service. Just email them any questions or concerns you have and they'll get on it right away. Every order I've put through has come out in a timely manner. Plus lots of deals that lend well to those interested in renaissance and medieval costuming.
