    Set Appointment for 10 am two days prior.. Made sure they knew what kind of truck it was and that I was on time schedule.. the said emphatically No Problem.. Paid for tires up front.
    Wanted an alignment, tire change.
    Dropped off truck at 10 am They said would be done by 1 pm. There was hardly any cars there to be worked on.
    Got back at 1. only two tires were done, no alignment.
    Manager made all sorts of excuses from tires were heavy, hard to change, its tough out there.. ect..I bagged the Alignment as I had to get back on the road.
    I will never go here again. The Tires plus place on Tamiami seems like a better one.
    Terrible management. This place could be a machine with the right leadership.
    Good news.. the guy who did my tires seemed to be pretty good.. Good balancing... Nice work. just took forever.. thats the second star.
