    When you visit this center for something other than teller transactions there is no greeter, no sign in, no sign saying to take a seat or wait or anything for that matter. It is very cold and unwelcoming. I stood there for about 3 minutes all the while office staff, etc...just ignored me. I finally went over and sort of pushed myself on someone asking what would someone do to ask for service. She looked at me sort of dumb founded and said take a seat and someone would be with me. Once I met with the person he was friendly and accomodating. Just poor planning on the part of Wells Fargo not the associates.

    I opened an account with Wells Fargo about a month ago online and funded the new account using an account I had existing with another bank. They never sent me a debit card and when I went into the branch 3 separate times they said that there was a hold on my account because I never funded it which I did and that I would have to return the following day in order for them to issue me a temporary debit card. I am giving these jerks 1 more day before I closed the account and take all my money back. I've never had this issue with ANY of the other banks I use. I thought this one would be more convenient since it is so close to my business. Looks like convenient is the opposite of what they do.
