  used my panels for the first time for IRMA. wall anchors were loose, wrong screws provided. shorted me a dozen wingnuts, obviously they never counted, must have supplied the nuts by fistful or maybe they weighed them!
  I called before the hurricane, was told they couldn't help me, called after hurricane to have the sloppy installation repaired, called 3x never received a call back.
  horrible customer service, find a different supplier
