  For the past year I had good a good experience with Banfeild. But today I had a horrible experience. It took them several hours to do surgery. Then the lady at the front desk told me my dog some with the surgery. When I was going to pick him up, they haven't even started the surgery. She didn't seem to care at all to what I was telling her. So when I really had to pick him from the surgery the second time it took them 45 mins to bring my dog to me. I think I will start going to a different vet for now on.
