  I went for upper endoscopy. This place is like a procedure mill. This is not particularly a bad thing because of sheer volume and experience doing many procedures daily. This keeps complications at a low because these people can do their job in their sleep practically. The staff is qualified and courteous. You go in, electronically sign the paperwork. Great for paperless!!! After that you go into a room sectioned of by curtains, a lot like an emergency room. Then after you are hooked up to an IV the doc comes in and asks if you have questions. Then you are wheeled back to a procedure room. You then wake back up in the curtained room. I was in at 8am and out by 10:30am which included the doctor consult after the procedure. Your loved one will be asked to wait in the waiting room until you are awake and ready for the doc consult that they offer before you leave. Overall good experience. If you are looking for personal care over experience then you may not be happy with the set up. For me, loving experience over bedside manner... It was perfect.
