  After the lady checked my receipt to make sure I wasn't stealing anything, she said she couldn't find three of the items on the receipt. She then asked us if we still wanted the items and when we said yes she said we had to go to customer service to purchase them, at this point there were like 20 people in line to
  get out behind us. While my husband was in line at customer service, she had another associate check the receipt and that associate found one of the items on it. At customer service they checked the receipt and charged us for the items and we finally left the store. While halfway home I was checking the receipt to see how much something was that we bought and FOUND THE OTHER TWO ITEMS ON THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We the returned to the store, and spoke to the manager who told us he could do nothing except refund our money for the second time we purchased the items. This is absolutely ridiculous. We were made to feel as though we had done something wrong and made to buy items twice and all he could say was sorry, I'll give you your money back for the second purchase? Unacceptable.
