  Last time I went here I had to wait like 10 minutes in li e and the staff seemed confused. They told us pull up to the first window, but then when we got there we were told the second window. What's more, I am not sure what we waited for since my food was lukewarm to cold and my burger was dry like they had pulled it from under the fryer as an after thought.
