  Thanks for coming out on a Sunday. Quoted time of "about an hour" wound up to be 3. Understandable since it's Sunday and he already had one call before me. Only reason I wouldn't rate at 5 stars is because of that. Prices reasonable, work was thorough, everything working with some possible reasons given as to why system backed up in the first place. Would use again, if needed.
