  They told me that they would get somebody working on my truck within a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, they can't tell me when they will get around to moving it onto their lot. Maybe another 2 weeks, or more. If you want somebody to work on your truck, find another shop, unless you are their customer already. New customers are out of luck. Paid to have it towed to them, now I've got to pay again to have it removed. Expensive lesson to learn. I need my truck, but they couldn't care less.
