  I've been a customer /patient since last March and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed in Docmj.I was told that my prescription would automatically renew every 45 day they take care of everything. I found this not to be the case. Four separate times, I drove to a dispensary an hour away just to find out that docmj didn't renew my prescription on time. Fast forward to my seven month visit around Thanksgiving. Docmj gave me the wrong address in my confirmation email. After going to the wrong address, I guessed and went to trulieve where it turns out the new docmj office is. He renews my script and tells me that my prescription would automatically renew every 75 day instead of 45. Well today was day 46 and the dispensery tells me my prescription has been cancelled. I call docmj and all they have is an answering service that never calls you back. If you are offering a service for $200 a year you should have your act together when it comes to getting paid to help people get medicine they need. Step up your game, docmj .
