  Terrible experience. My Doctor sent me over there and said she would call ahead, she must have gotten busy and when i got there the women at reception said "you don't have an appointment?!" in a loud tone so all others could hear in the waiting room. When i explained the situation she said "Have a seat." a few moments later a women came out and explained that my doctor had not called and they could not see me. Let me just say that i was sent over to rule out a DVT, which can be a very serious situation. I said "Do you always send away patients who could possibly have a DVT?" She preceded to say they were VERY busy today and that they couldn't possible add in another STAT venous Doppler. I left very upset. I had to call another facility to see me STAT. and was very VERY upset the way things panned out. My doctor must have called them, because 25 minutes later then had call me to make an apt with me for a STAT ultrasound. I gracefully declined and i was seen at another facility. I wouldn't go back.

  The mexucan gal with dark hair was very rude
  I have to come back monday ?
  This sucks
