  My parents brought one of my dresses to the Cape Coral location to be laundered prior to a Halloween party. We were told several times that this dress would be ready for pick up a few days later. However, upon returning to that location to pick up the dress we were turned away and told to return the following day. We did, but the dress still wasn't there. We called on the following Saturday, and were told they STILL didn't have the dress and that if I wanted to have it in time I would need to pick it up from their Ft. Myers location. So, I left early for work and went to pick up my dress. Upon arrival, I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes until it was ready! Well, I didn't have 15-20 minutes to wait because I needed to be at work. So, they asked me to return later that day. I said no. They stated they would have the dress delivered to my workplace by 5:30pm. I called at 5:25pm, only to be informed that the dress was never even placed in the delivery van! So, I raced over to pick up the dress that I needed for the following day (Halloween). I arrive home and take the dress out of the bag, only to discover it has a foul odor (musty) and reddish-pink stains on the white collar - which weren't there when I dropped it off! Not only did I get the run around for about a week, they ruined my $118 dress! I've never been so upset with a cleaning company in my life! They will NEVER get my business again. Let's just hope the next company can fix La France's mistakes. As for Halloween, I guess I'm wearing a stained and stinky dress. :-(
