  this place is a joke, they change prices daily blow smoke up your a** daily sell a house right out from under you, even when YOU find it, they are GREEDY money grubbers taking advantage of Americans been dealing with them since April and last week price of house went up 60k in price after price decided and payment up 300 a mnth, they think if youre desperate they take advantage, stay away as far as you can from these people, you can talk to agent then talk to Paul and 2 DIFFERENT stories when clearly they arent on same page, speaking to other real estate folks in the area they say lto Florida is BAD news, they are gonna screw wrong people one day and they will regret it, government real estate entity needs to look into their practices, its all about THEM and screw you!
