  We purchased a 1 year old Maltese in Jan. It was a second hand purchase, from the breeder who stated the 1st owner could not properly care for the dog. We asked if the dog got along with other dogs, answer was yes, we asked if the dog got along with people, the answer was yes. Now after owning the dog for about 2 months and having it neutered. He is still very aggressive towards other dogs, and does not like many people. We believe we were mislead, and all I say is do your research before buying from this dealer. It was funny, when we signed the paper she added, sold as is. I should have known better.
