  Slow. Had a customer service rep. who could have cared less about my shopping experience or whether I was on my lunch hour when I first walked in, trying to svoop up some supplies & return to the office on time. Only one gentleman, that I could tell, was working and he was very professional & helpful. Sorry but I didn't get his name.

  Very friendly bunch. However, after some research and 3 further experiences, I would NOT recommend purchasing laptops or other equipment here. Their "free analysis" for computers gives false negatives so they can rack up $150+ repair charges that are not needed. Staff needs further training, and clarification about how to submit printing orders and the turnaround time. Several annoyed and righteously frustrated customers while I was there. Recently, "Matt" the assistant manager was an unpleasant, almost hostile presence. He needs to remember EVERYone who walks in there deserves a smile and a friendly Hello, regardless of his personal opinions.
