  I will amend...we did end up returning the dryer for another one, which was closer to what we were looking for, and they did give us a break on it, but their customer service was still lacking.
  
  Disappointed....I was looking for a fair price on a good, high capacity dryer, but delivery was extra, and they couldn't get it done that day anyway, so we brought it home ourselves.
  I had to clean it up before we brought it in the house, but the first load came out on time and nice & hot. But then, when I put in the next load, the dryer wouldn't start. After waiting & waiting, re-setting the breaker, and finally letting it set overnight, the whole dryer was still hot in the morning...the heating element never shut off!
  When we bought the dryer, they told us they have a 30 day warranty, but when I called them, I was informed that they will only give me a store credit since they didn't do the delivery, but when I asked about getting the replacement delivered, they refused to do it without a charge.
  I was not really impressed with the selection they had in the store, and this was the only dryer that wasn't part of a set that worked for us. By the time this is all said & done, I'm going to end up paying more than I wanted for a dryer I don't even really want.
  I wish I had just gone with my initial instinct, which was to go to Appliance Outfitters just over the bridge. They have great service, free delivery, and their machines don't break the first time you use them.
