  When I was a teenager, Pollo tropical was a great place to eat, but they changed their ingredients to save money and the food doesn't taste the same.
  
  Not too cheap, but not pricey. I would not suggest spending the money to eat here. I would personally have felt more satisfied by eating at McDonald's and having their chicken nuggets.
  
  On top of it all, the service was poor and the workers gave out a disgruntled aura.
  
  Save your money and cook at home. Microwaved chicken tasted better!
