  Last two visits for a routine oil change took over 2 hours because they don't stock the oil filter for my make/model. Mgr recommended I call ahead so they can get the filter ahead of time. I called and was told 'it only takes 20 minutes to get the filter so I'm not going to order it'. I told him that doesn't seem to be the case from my experiences and he simply repeated his line. Ain't nobody got time for a 2 hour oil change....
