  Went to this store really frustrated in regards to the customer service I had received at the Cape Coral store. They couldn't fix my issue so they sent me over to this one and I couldn't be more happier with how things were handled. Not only was Yasel very friendly, but was patient as well. Before he started working on my phone problem he told me he would take care of me and he certainly did. Thank you so much! From now on will be going here if I need help.

  Lady Store manager is arrogant. I wanted to upgrade my phone to 8+ and she didn’t gave good customer service. I ordered the phone online.
